Favorite Show?

Is B&S your favorite show? Or is it American Idol or Desperate Housewives? I'm watching Idol this year, but don't really have a favorite. Do you??

I think the title of my favourite show has to go to Grey's Anatomy at the moment (I'm fairly new to Grey's actually - it's not as big here in the UK as in the US so it easily passed me by but a friend of mine recommended it - I was a bit skeptical about watching what seemed like yet another show set in a hospital, but I love it)

I do (obviously!) love Brothers and Sisters too (this is also not particually big over here - I'm not sure how popular the show is in the US?)

I'm also a bit of a Lost fan and I'm enjoying the second series of Heroes which has just started airing over here (Recently watched Series 1 on DVD).

I think B&S is pretty popular in the States, but Grey's is much much more. I watch it often too. Izzie is my favorite. And McSteamy...HOTNESS!!!!!!!!

Do you get the B&S episodes on the same night? I was in Europe last year, and most of the shows were 6 months or so behind..

Izzie is fab - I love her, she could quite possibly be my favourite character too although they are all so well written it's hard not to love them all (I feel much the same way about B+S characters actually). I am a bit of a fan of the Meredith/Derek ship to be honest! and I'd take mcdreamy over mcsteamy any day!

Brothers and Sisters is rather behind here (US shows tend to be), Episode 6 of series 2 has just been shown over here but I'm watching at US pace - the internet is a wonderful thing Grey's is behind too - nothing past series 3 has been shown over here (depends which channel you watch as to how much you've seen though) Again, I'm watching at US pace...

In fact, the only show I can think of that was airing at a similar pace to the US is lost, where you guys get it on a thursday and us on the sunday. But, for unknown reasons (to me at least), since it came back after the break due to the writers strike we're now an episode behind....

I never really shipped any couples on Grey's, but Mer/Der seem to have a bright future ahead from the spoiler I have been reading, you picked a great ship!

Ah yes, I'm quite excited about that (I've managed to let myself get completely spoilt on Grey's! ) I tend to lack will power where ships are concerned... I'm amazed at my resiliance with Justecca at the moment!

I think the only thing that kept me from being spoiled is that I would have to read through all the Anti-JR posts on the other forum, LOL.

My favorites right now are: Brothers&Sisters, The Office, Lost and Grey's Anatomy.

Everwood probably takes the title of my favourite show ever, even thought it is over.

I too am a pretty huge Grey's fan, Izzie is my favourite aswell, I pretty much love Katherine Heigl! But right now Brothers and Sisters is more important to me then any other show.
I watch an awful lot of shows though. Pushing Daisies is such a great show, I love Anna Friel. Give it up for the british!
Other favs of mine include, Ugly Betty, How I Met Your Mother(so underated), ER, Moonlight, Bones, Dirty Sexy Money.
I also still love alot of shows that have ended, but I won't go into them, I'll be here forever! :lol:

Bones is good. I'm looking forward to Monk and Psych coming back this summer as well.

Besides B+S(which I started watching...I think around the end of season 1, I like Friday Night Lights a lot and then Oprah, American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, Extreme Makeover Home Edition.

Most of the shows I like are no longer on unfortunately. I was and remain a huge X-Files fan, in my mind one of the best shows to have ever graced our tv screens. I adore La Femme Nikita, another flawless, brilliant production. I loved Angel, preferred it to Buffy everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.

Of course I'm all about B&S now but of other shows currently on, I really enjoy Friday Night Lights; it's so well written and executed and feels absolutely REAL. On an extremely shallow note, Tim Riggins is just beautiful. LOL! I like Prison Break, and I enjoy Lost too. My guilty pleasure? Two and a Half Men. I really don't want to like it because some of the humour can be pretty crass and I think inappropriate but it's just so funny. Sigh.

So true! Really hoping this get's renewed for a 4th season *crosses fingers* I do think the show shot itself in the foot a bit by making it so that Robin couldn't be the mother though...... (Not that I think that affected it's ratings!)

fave show - well, it's def supernatural for me, but B&S is really close behind, and prison break - these are my all time faves, but i'm watching greys, desperate housewives, men in trees and private practice as well - if i have the time.

my very first and favorite show was Alias - i loved it and was totally devastated when they ended it ...
